Anything particularly bad about Polarflo blocks?

I heard polarflo blocks use "old technology" and not the new pressureish impinging stuff. Im not really concerned with whether its old or new, but rather how well itll cool.

I was deciding between the white water ~30 and the polarflo E block. ~$20




If this offers horrendous performance in comparison to an kit block. i would definitely appreciate someone warning me.

and if you can find a review somewhere, thatd be great.

just get the whitewater from www.cooltechnica.com iirc its only 24 bucks with the universal mounting bracket. and the WW keeps up with the RBX and beats the TDX at any flow rate...for 1/2 the cost.

actually i would think the polarflo would be a good idea. At the very least look into any reviews of it, 'coz polarflo blocks are usually pretty good and quite pricy. So with that price i would at least give it serious consideration.
