What is some good web cam software that will work pc-mac and vice versa?

iChat and Aim should work, or iChat and MSN.

ichat is only for mac's

He wanted PC->Mac. iChat works via the aim protocol, which means that if it does support webcam like I believe it does, then he can do webcam with somebody on aim, on a PC.
