newb over clocking question

As you increase fsb speed when do u have to compensate in the memory settings? Or can you get by with defaults mem settings @ 145 FSB.

Just wondering if there is some kind of standard theory

i have the same memory.. just upping the fsb is all you have to do to get a few more cpu mhz :)
