Good day PPl ,

Yesterdag i bought a Amb TB 1.33 260Fsb.
I have put it on my Epox8Kta3, witch is a 260fsb board.
Sinds then no matter what is set in bios my screen vibrates, I was thinking that i have put a bios option wrong but i cant vind it.
Also the proggie Nvmaz tels me : Your hardware is set uot of your chipsets optimal range and may be unstable.

The Graphics card im talking about is an MSI Gforce 2 MX 400 with TV out and DvD in.

Second..

Id like to know how i can see ( with what proggie ) if i got a Axia or not.

Already thx to the ppl that are going to help me! :)

for the first one it might be because of something magnetic near your monitor....try to degauss it or if there is no degauss then turn it off and then back on again

for the second one there is no program to check the cpu stepping so you will have to take the comp apart and remove the heatsink and thermal paste to see the actually letters written on the core

hope this helps

I had the same problem. It turned out that my amplifier (i use a home theater system for sound) was causing the "wiggle" I just moved it and all is well. Also, if you have a house fan near the monitor that can cuase it to wiggle too. Good luck.

If i understand u correct u mean that u moved ur sound board..
Or the stereo that was to cole.. ??

Any way, im gonne remove my sound board now and see what happends.. lets hope the onboard audio can handle the speeds.

What PSU do you have? A wiggling screen could be a sign of not enough or bad power to the system.

To answer nikhsub 1's quesstin :
The Power suply is a 350Watt

I have now removed the sound board, but it makes no diferents :(

Im realy going nuts here, couse this vibrating screen gives me a head each.

At the moment im noticng that when i click some thing or start an aplication, the vibrating increases a bit.
Maby that is of help ...

Im starting ti think its the cpu, couse my prefious cpu, a duron 650@850 i dident had the problem

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp! :p

PS: i tried lower speeds, but that dident make any diference

Well the duron pulls less power than your new athlon. I would try a more powerful PSU, 400 watt or so. Try to borrow one. I have a hunch it is the power.

I moved the stereo up to a higher shelf and the wiggling went away. Try moving the comp (i know, easier said than done) and see if it gets any better, it may help eliminate one of the culprits.
I would also try a different monitor if you have one available. Hope this helps.

The first one might be: A power suply or something near the monitor... A friend of mine had the same problem, the problem was that the psu for the speakers was too near the monitor, which caused the picture to be in a contstant move once it was moved out of the way the picture didnt flicker"move back and forth" windy picture or something like that.
