I heard that DX 10 is not compatible w/current DX9 cards. Can someone confirm? If it's true are there any plans for DX10 cards coming out?

its release is supposed to coincide with that of windows vista

whats atis next card supposed to be? rumor is nvidia's will be the 8800gt/x

I hope he is, I don't want to buy any games that require vista any time soon.
