Another Radiator Fan Push or Pull Thread

I have seen many posts discussing this and most seem to say the fans should pull the air through the fans. Does anyone have any (or a link to) test data that shows the performance difference between pushing and pulling air?

I'm working on my first liquid cooled pc and this could affect where/how I mount the radiator and fans.

Here's the chart Phaestus made a while back that shows the difference with all combinations of push and pull. (Note: I had this bookmarked, but there's probably a thread to go with it at procooling that I don't have bookmarked--if you do a few searches you should be able to find it.)
