ok i've been folding straight for about 18 hours now. I started off with the "villin" protein and it finished when i was sleeping last night. I woke up to see another villin running at about 14/100 on the WU progress meter. It finished a little while ago when i was out and started another villin which is now at 7/100. How come it says I only have one finished WU when i just finished my second?

If you are talking about the stats page it takes a while to update usually about every three hours but sometimes longer. http://folding.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/teampage?q=32
If you are talking about the console, it is not completely accurate from what I have heard. this is a better stats page:

if your talking about the program itself, i had this problem too. don't worry it will catch up in the middle of the villin i think.
