Hey guys, is this a decent overclock???

I have tried over 300fsb, but it wont boot... Although i am happy with what i have, now if my x1900's would get here.....

Good overclock :) Should feel a snappy os.

I have a 920D too. Same clock as you 24/7 14x300.

i got a pcmark04 on mine at 315 on big typhoon. It runs dual folding 724 at 295 now on water. Not dual folding stable over 295.

Good overclock. I wish I could get mine to that. I'm stuck at 3.73 @ 1.38v on my 920 w/abit aw8.

@ original poster: 4.2ghz, 300FSB is darn good, real snappy machine @ that spped. Exactly what OCZ 6400 is that you're running? I gurantee if you up the vDDR2 a bit, you could tighten memory timings. Of course for CPU stability checking, you want to run memory @ a freq it can handle no problem.

In the last few days I went WCing on my 920 and so far got it clocked to 4.31ghz, 2xPrime95 stable for 6 hr so far. I also did some vMods, WCing my CPU PWM, I def have some headroom.

My rig just folds ... put some corsair 5400ul in it last week and it does help my folding perf. The mem is running at 985 4-3-2-4.
