The blue thing ontop is a dust filter I also have one behind the front panel between the fan and front of the case.

A closer look at the rad and tube. I sealed them in place so they would not rub.

I have just added a cardboard shroud arround my two rear fans to draw air through the voltage regulator on the motherboard.

P.S
Did your rad suck in a cat??? Whats that blue fuzzy thing on top?

Wow are all WC systems that crowded? And what are you cooling with that big Intel HS?

That's actually not too crowded. definitely not very much tubing in there because of the creative pump location ;)

if you'd actually READ what he said, the very FIRST thing says what the blue thing is.

methinks people just click on pictures anymore...

how does the pump stay in place?
thats a very interesting way of reducing tubing

the pump is secured by the tubing and the make shift bracket. there is no movement in the pump whats so ever.

My setup is not crowded at all. Before I used to have a double rad in the front of my pc where the harddrives are. I moved it to the top so it had more room.

Its just an intel fan blowing on to the ram. Thats oc'd and over voltaged to 2.3. Now its luke warm to touch. Before the fan was up in place it was untouchable. And so was the northbridge. My system temp dropped 13 degrees C just for puting the fan there.

awesome pump placement! do you have a pic of the makeshift bracket used to hold the pump in place?

Temps are 40 idle and 46 peak load.

Very nice setup. But why did you opt to have the top radiator blow down into the case.(unless i'm wrong and they are extracting air). But i thought since you went out of your case in the first place why not just have the whole upper radiator just stay completly out of the case and not let any of the heat in the case.

zip ties are scary.
i really do like that pump placement, though.

Actually its blowing in. My motherboard temp is arround 30 degrees. I like how it is because there is not much exposed hose. It sits snug and I can actually pull on the rad and know its not going to move.

I just wanted something that looked neat and tidy. Without replacing the case.

I don't need zip ties but I do get a better clamp than when I use the plastic clamps I got originaly and its alot safer than useing metal hose clamps that if over tightend can chew through the hose. Not only that but again its why I went with none conductive coolant.

None conductive fluid is the best way to go if you are scared about leaks.

Sure is, even if it leaks you can usally clean everything with rubbing alcohol and your ready again.
