I found this today from Vijay. It is in regard to the checkpointing issue. Not sure if the info will be useful and I haven't tested it yet to see if it works. Waiting for the latest protein to end. Not going to risk losing any more wu's unnecessarily. Still no official answer on the send problem.

Hi,
For those with a problem with the checkpointing, could you please
(1) quit FAH
(2) delete the old Core_65.exe and queue.dat files and the work
directory
(3) rerun FAH
and then test to see if checkpointing is now working. We've made
updates in both the core and the client.
If you've done the above and there is still checkpointing problems,
could you please reply to this thread and say
(1) does checkpointing fail reproducibly (everytime you test) or just
sometimes
(2) which client version and which OS are you using?
(3) when you last deleted the Core_65.exe file
