1.4ghz "4" stepping???

are you guys familiar with the "4" at the start of the second line? i know the "y" and i know the "9", but i have never seen "4". i think it is week 31 according to the chip....thanks for the info in advance.

I got one 1.2 ayhja 4 here.. can´t tell how good it is to overclock because my mobo isn´t working properly...

i dont know if it is too bad.....i have it to 1.54, but i think it could go higher. anyone else have this?
