I have these two SONY DVD-RW DRU-710As that i put into my system. After experimenting for awhile, i found that only one of them will be recognized by windows xp pro, when only one of them is connected. Both DVD drives do work. The problem is that everytime i connect them together the bios detects them but windows cannot... Ive checked the jumper in the back multiple times and have tried switching them up one in primary the other in secondary, both in secondary master and slave, and both in primary master and slave... they r only detcted in the bios. Anyone know what the problem is with these drives not being able to function properly in windows xp pro??
