I have an Acer 3005WLCi with Realtek ac97 audio. The laptop has a built in microphone but windows won't let me choose 'microphone' for the recording mixer device in windows volume control, so it only records what my computer is playing. How can I get it to show microphone on it so I can choose it? I realize this has probably been asked before, but I can't find it when I search for it. Thanks.
