Hi everybody..
My question for the people who know better is...
How do I get w2k to shut off the computer after it "shuts down" the windows, like in my 98?

Make sure you have ACPI enabled. But then this puts Win2k in charge of your IRQ's. I personally would prefer to control my own hardware and just live with having to push the power button.

I chedked my bios and the ACPI is enabled.
What order do you have your hardware on the IRQs?
Do you have any reccommendations on irq settings?

Is the ACPI in another area besides the bios?
