I'm on a pretty tight budget and I'm looking at GPUs

I was wondering if I could get some peoples preferences on

XFX 6600GT - 128mb GDDR3
vs
XFX 6600GT - 256mb GDDR2
vs
Apollo NVIDIA GeForce 6800 - 256mb (not sure)

I would think the 256mb 6600gt would be a strong choice
