whats with the EA licensing ? ncaa?

NCAA is the College level basketball teams. MLB Baseball should be avaialble in a PC flavour. Most of them are.

The best PC based Baseball game is MVP Baseball 2005. It came out last year but it is still fun. Also a mod team over at mvpmods.com made an MVP Baseball 2006 mod to update 2005's rosters and textures. Since MLB did an exclusive deal with another company for the sole rights to make a MLB baseball game, EA switched over to making a college based baseball game. Hence NCAA Baseball, however it is only out for PS2 and Xbox I believe. There will not be a PC version. So best PC Baseball game... MVP Baseball 2005, and get that sweet mod.
