It is a 1 day sale... I'm tempted to buy it myself although I swore I would wait until DX10. Not really a spectacular price and some people have managed even better with dell coupons. Not sure how Sapphire is as an oem manufacturer.

yes, also, sentential mentioned that OEM = no warranty. So technically speaking, not a good deal.

The ATI oem's come with only a 30 day warranty?

I believe something like that. Longest I've seen is 90 days. Unless you go with the powercolor at Newegg that has limited lifetime warranty. And I heard powercolor has really lousy quality on their products.
