Hi guys i was wondering if there is any program that will tell me know how much v the gpu is getting and how much v the ram is getting?

No, you'll have to get a digital multimeter if you really want to know.

i have one the only problem is i dont know how to use it or it really sucks
cause it shows the gpu is getting 2v then i try it again then it shows 1.4v then i try it again 2.2v its sooooooooooooooo weird

Sounds like it's broken if it's jumping around like that. At most they tend to be .1-.2v off and that's a really cheap one. I got a pocket pro by sperry from Home Depot for about $20 and it's spot on accurate.

I believe the 7900GT is 1.2 stock, and the GTX 1.4 or 1.5, but I don't recall.

Stock is 1.2 vGPU & ~2.0v vDDR
