i just got the 6600 and when i go into cs or anyother game the screen just turns black once i get into it...can someone plz help me this is making me very mad lol

Run DXDIAG

START>RUN>DXDIAG

There are some tests and utilities in there that will tell you if there are any issues. I will try and find a tutorial link here in a minute to walk you through it.

Microsoft DXDIAG (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/190900/en-us)

Once it opens, click the "Display" tab and you will see two tests in the middle right. Run those. Aditionally it will list all the hardware and driver info you may need to tell us about.
