Burn6 is a program design to test your CPU under stressful testing (appx). I'm new myself to the OCing but I found Toast to be an easier program to use than Burn6. Just go to http://www.aoaforums.com and look under downloads.

You could also use Prime95, which I find is an excellent program for stress testing.
