Anyone else having problems ?
Got up and checked my t-bird and it's sitting there at like 35C, thinking WOW, my cooler is great. Then it dawns on me...check the log...'getting work, failed, waiting for 5 minutes'.
Other machines have the same problem.
Arrgggghhhh.
Both mine. One since 4:00 am. This sucks:mad:

Could I move the work from my laptop (500) to my t-bird (1.4) ?
Would I just need to move the 'work' directory and the queue.dat file?
I might as well let the fast machine try to plow through this villin, while the rest sit on their hands...

Just noticed my t-bird has work !!!!
Checking other machines now.
***EDIT***
So do my other machines. It looks like I'm back in business :D
I'm not:mad: What server did you get work from?
How do I force it to use a different server?

From my Duron:
+ Attempting to get work packet
- Connecting to assignment server
- Successful: assigned to (171.64.122.113).
+ News From Folding@Home: Welcome to 2.0
- Connecting to server (171.64.122.113) on port 8080
+ Connection established
+ Requesting work
(Got client header, size 512 bytes)
- Receiving payload (expected size: 65399)
(Got 65399 bytes of core data)
+ Received work.

Network send failure: status = 0

Sleeping for about 5 minutes then retrying
They are both trying 12. How do I force it to use a different server?

Maybe just try stopping and restarting them. I'm not sure how it decides on the server.
Already tried that several times. It is only trying 12.

cools. mine's working again
I am back up. good thing too because it was pretty cold in here. This 1.4 sure keeps things warm when it is folding:rolleyes:
Geez, I've been so busy today I hadn't had a chance to look at the stats, and when I did I discovered no work turned in in the last six hours! They're all working now, though, so the next update should catch up.
