any tip for ebay safely tip payment

Is there any tip for ebay about non paypal payment, seller accepting only Cashier's check, traveler's check, bank money order, USPS money order accepted. Which one will be the safest?

i always used USPS money order. Govt. backed and as good as cash. Just remember to fill out all the info on it before you mail it.
