I'm currently running NetLimiter 2 to limit outgoing traffic from my IIS HTTP server. I have it set up fine, and it does what it is supposed to do for the mostpart.
I have HTTP Port 80 upload limited to 25 KBps. Now, this actually works great. Data is correctly throttled to that number, no higher, which is what I wanted. My problem lies in that at the end of transfering my test archive (about 10MB), the connection drops off and the end user is left with a file that is stuck at 99.7% completion.
I've had my testers try to pause and restart the archive, at which point it does complete, but it is corrupted. I know the archive is fine on my end, so the packet shaping must not be set up correctly.
Has anybody else had this issue, and if so how did you solve it?
I'd rather not move to Apache for my HTTP server needs if I can avoid it. I'd rather get this going first.
Thanks!
