I really need some expertise! So I got my Prescott 3E running at 3.6 last night and everything seemed well.

See Below:

http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=454561

Now Im getting STOP error after STOP error. Numerous errors involved "win32k.sys" and others plainly stated that it was video device related (Nothing has been changed on the video and this is the first I've seen an error for it)

Here are some symptoms:

Windows Defender errors out on Windows load
Weatherbug errors out on Windows load
- Both state something to do with DLL's

MSN Messenger will not retain password information even though I specified to save it

Google Talk will not retain password information even though I specified to save it

When trying to uninstall a program a "win32k.sys" STOP error occurs

Could my OC be causing this? If so, why?

It's very possible your overclock is causing this.

Lower your overclock and see if it goes away.

overclocks can cause corrupted data. Simple as that.
