RE:PIII 800e @992 not 100% stable need help

Well I got my alpha 3125s and a extra exhaust blower in today! I'm happy to what a difference!!! Idle she runs at 29c /84f and at full load 42c /107f and that clocked at 1008! I got a little more out it. Cant hit 133 on the it wont post but I did hit 1040 but then it locked up. So 1008 seems to be rock stable so far sisoft test show im a hair fast then a PIII 1 gig, and all game games run great. thanks for everyone input and help with great web site KD Computers ( shipped fast and got a good deal). Now my next overclock is my video card (GeForce 2 MX 32mb). we'll see how that goes. I do have one other question...what is it with the "fast writes" options in my bios??? if I enable it I get agp 4x but it locks up in games. If I disable no probs in games but wcpuid tell me im at agp 2x even though I set it to 4x in the bios.If anyone knows why please fill me in. thanks again

Try using Seti or Folding and after a long burn in period(week and over) see if you can hit 1040 .. I bet after a month you will.
