Hey!!! Glad to see there's another one of us out there!!

First thing you'll need to do is find out what kind of motherboard you have, along with model. Find your jumpers for adjusting the FSB (if you don't know where they are, your manual should tell you). Some manufactuers have jumper settings posted on their webpages, like Asus. Once you've discovered where they are and how much the different settings increase the FSB by, play around with these adjusting your FSB in small increments until you've found the speed at which your CPU can operate without getting the BSOD on boot up (or some other miscellaneous error). Run some games or graphics programs or other CPU intensive program and if you don't get an error, you're set. I'd say a PIII 450 should be able to do about 500 easily. I once had a PII 450, and that hit 518.
