Sorry for the rather noobish question, but is it okay to zip-tie and bend wires that are both outside (PSU wires ....etc) and inside the computer case ? Such as just coiling them around one another etc, making it look cleaner. I am wondering about the wiring inside the cables themselves. Will it get damaged at all ?

Thanks :)

It shouldn't damage them, you can coil them together.

It wont damage them as long as you're not going for really tight tiny loops. One thing though. Try to keep speaker wire and network cable out of the same loops as Power cables. It can degrade performance through interference.

YMMV

its fine, just dont kink them, make sure the bends are smooth.

don't bend the sata cables, if you have any. it can hurt drive performance and corrupt data.

Avoid coupling data and power cables together. Signal dirtying can happen which degrades performance.
