i have a Pentium II 450MHz SECC(2) Slot 1 (the back of the chip is exposed), SE440BX Mainboard, System Chipset - Intel 82443BX/ZX 440BX/ZX CPU to PCI Bridge (AGP Implemented), 100MHz FSB Speed (4.5 multiplier), 384mb SDRAM (128x3), and 512 L2 Cache. what kind of overclock speed could i expect to get out of my setup? what should i adjust my FSB and Multiplier to? I'm using a Tennmax P3 STF CPU cooler.

I believe your using an Intel board?... Those Intel boards are really a pain to overclock because you most likely wont be able to.

Check in the bios to see if you can adjust the FSB since the multipliers after the Pentium 233mhz have locked multipliers.

Then check the motherboard to see if there are jumpers and your last option is try to use a CPUFSB or SoftFSB.
