We recently acquired a small condo and I wanted to take my old rig there. The problem is it has an MX440SE for graphics. It can play most older games at low settings, but it cannot play stuff like BF2, which is one of my favorite games. So, I would like to find a cheap sub-sixty dollar card to replace this one so I can play with decent settings.

Here are the system specs, if it helps any.

AMD Duron @1600Mhz (that's stock  )
Some fairly cheap Gigabyte mobo that does not allow for overclocking.
512mb of generic memory
generic 300w power supply

I found this card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102558R) on Newegg and it looks to be a pretty good deal. What do you guys think?

Any other card suggestions are appreciated. Remember, below 60 bucks. :)

You could probably find a used GeForce 6600 series card in that range, might be a *little* over $60. That would prob be your best bet at that price point (Duron would bottleneck it though, but at least you'd be as good as you can get with a Duron :) ).

Edit: There's one in the classified right now for $60 (no it's not my sale and I don't know the guy, just trying to be helpful).

PCI-E....:(

Anyway, so a used AGP 6600 would be my best bet?

Or any 9550 or up ATI card.
