PSU for A8R32-MVP

So, I got this board and my antec truecontrol 2.0 doesn't cut it, it seems. I remember hearing that it doesn't like Dual rail PSUs and was wondering if you guys had suggestions that were readily available in canada. I heard that the ocz powerstream 520w was nice. would that cut it?

The Truecontrol should work fine, unless you're running in Crossfire or it is defective.

The OCZ will be more than enough.

unfortunately while OCed even a little it can't power it up. Otherwise it powers up fine. This is why I suspect the PSU.
