This (http://sidewindercomputers.com/ty3id9odlatu.html) has 3/32 wall thickness.
1/4 inch wall thickness is the thickest I can find, but is price-prohibitive and wholly unnecessary for watercooling applications. 1/4inch @ mcmasters (http://www.mcmaster.com/itm/find.ASP?tab=find&context=psrchDtlLink&fasttrack=False&searchstring=55505K35)
Laboratory Clear Tygon PVC Tubing 3/8" Id, 1/2" Od, 1/16" Wall Thickness (http://www.mcmaster.com/itm/find.ASP?tab=find&context=psrchDtlLink&fasttrack=False&searchstring=5554K16) <~~ Should do the trick, as it has a 1.5 inch bend radius.
If I am wrong, I'm sure I'll be corrected. :p

3/8" ID X 5/8" OD X 1/8" thick
Just out of curiosity, why do you want 3/8" tubing with ultra-thick walls, Bignaz?
