i just downloaded mbm5 on my computer. all the readings say zero. is it not working. i havent changed any of the settings

You have to set it up. read the read me. It isn't hard.

... Hmmm maybe you should try opening the Settings .. Set your Temperature Sensors.. Its not hard you should actually try before asking :)
