OEM or RETAIL?

Does anybody know how to tell the difference between an OEM OR RETAIL CPU from AMD(Athlon). I have two cpus one I bouhgt it as an OEM the other as a retail. Well, one of the cpu went dead and I dont remember which one is the retail, there are both 1333mz and they both have the sam AHJA code.

Retail cpu's give you a 3 year factory warranty , OEM offers a 15-30 day (reseller) warranty but AMD should give you a one time replacement warranty on your OEM processors. Usually from what I've heard the retail cpu's usually have better steppings then the OEM chips but this is obviously not the case in your situation.
