Error msg when inserting pix in Outlook Express

I just downloaded IE 5.5 SP2 and its Outlook Express. When I try to e-m-b-e-d a picture into the email message (not send it as a file attachment, but actually e-m-b-e-d it with the little picture icon), it gives me this error message:

I already tried Microsoft's Knowledge Base. It was useless as always. Can anyone shed some light on this? TIA.

Will upgrading to IE 6 solve the problem.. Since I've seen some serious fixes :)

I wasn't planning on it. But maybe I'll have to take that into consideration.

You might have too... I dont think too many people have gotten this error.
