Just got my new 2x512mb mushkin sticks today. Rated at 2,2,2,5 on TCCD these chips have some serious overclocking potential!

Im using an abit nf7-s....
My old ram ran at a health 230Mhz 2T 2.5,3,3,11 @ 2.8v. They where hynix d43 chips rated at 200Mhz 3,3,3,8 (nf7 works best will 11 btw)

So now i have some preliminary results from my Mushkin ram.
They are currently at 2,3,2,11 @ 225Mhz 1T(!!!) @ 2.8v
My sandra scores are up from int 3071 to 3452.

I have another .1v to use, vdd voltage to increase, timings to relax and i haven't even used 2T bios yet. Omg so happy. Im leaving it at this clock for now as it was my goal for the time being....

Highly recomended ram!!

ive discovered my poor old cpu won't run 2.7ghz anymore. :(
but im happy with 2.5, it runs heaps cooler anyway, so i pushed my ram some more.
currently at 2,3,3,11 @ 240Mhz 1T @ 2.9v. im happy! 3644 int on sandra too

Sounds pretty good. Those NF7-S's are possibly my favorite boards of all time in terms of fun overclocking.

ya, i love it. 240 wasn't stable unfortunatly, so now i got it at 230 for the time being

What mods have you done? Are you using a modded BIOS, L12 mod, etc?

Have you tried 2.5,3,3,7? It'll really take off.
You don't need a lot of voltage with those sticks, 2.8 max.

try the L12 mod :attn:
(if you havent already...)

it opened up an entire "new level" for my board...

(fond memories of my ol' NF7-s's...)
