i get constant explorer.exe errors and they are not from programs, they are from opening folders to transfering files and so forth, this a sign to reinstall? i mean i just got done re-isntalling from a fresh format about 2 months ago.

I'd try installing new drivers first...Could be a flakey IDE or SATA driver?
Otherwise, yeah, I'd reinstall.
*edit*
Have you checked your drives for errors?

nope, was thinkin about it when i posted... lol forgot to tho lol...
ok ran chkdsk and found no error when running at startup...
its less than 1% on the fragged level and i useually dont defrag till 5% and i just defragged 2 days ago..
no viri, no adware, no spyware, no trojans, no hidden dialer crap (spybot s&d, adaware, ewido, avg, cc)
so i think it might be a driver altho i doubt it, so i think i might just re-install and use the latest 410 and nvidia forceware drivers.

Open Event Viewer and copy the exact error message(s) related to Explorer.exe to the clipboard, and then paste them in this thread.

Do you happen to have either DivX or DelFin Media Viewer installed?

HAD was the word, uninstalled it, gonna uninstall all the rest of my codecs and reinstall them again, M$ said it could be a faulty or corrupted media codec.
