need recommendation fan for my MCR320 rad

i just purchased my self an MCR320 QP for my quiet PC project. I'm looking for a quiet fans for my rad. What is the mininum CFM i can buy to cool the CPU and GPU?

the yate loon fans are quite popular. I'm using tt thudnerblades and they do a good job

120x25 3 blade delta's are very quiet and move a decent amount of air, yate loons are ok I guess. San Ace are very good as well.

I have 6 on my Thermaochill HE120.3 rad, and they are quieter than my 40mm OTES fan!
