7800gt volt mod?

I am interested in volt modding my evga 7800gt CO. Is there any way to bump the voltage up without hardware modification? With a BIOS flash maybe (like with 6800gt->ultra?)

If I need a hardware mod I'd prefer one involving a fixed resistor, rather than a pot.

I'll try the bios one when I get home... Assuming I still have floppys.
Also assuming I even bothered to put a floppy drive in my computer.
