Watercooling Pumps

How much gph should a good watercooling pump have?
Right now i have the rio200 pump. i dont know how much it really pumps though.

look for around 200 GPH, i dont know wat your pump does but by the name i think it does 200GPH

is there a limit to how much u should have? ive seen pumps with 900gph

200 should be fine. I was cooling my rig down with the Rio-180.
