The last 5 proteins I have folding in a row have been villians. Is it going to stay like this, or is there a chance I might get to see other kinds?

Not getting any Native Villins? Those are cool...

Villins are worth 2 points, so that is good.

I hate that all I get now is those 100 frame wu's. On all three machines now.

There will be some new ones in 1-2 weeks.

I hate that my P133 keeps getting 4000 frame proteins. But it seems to be doing them quickly enough to count.

(who is wondering just how big a farm of P133s would have to be to catch oc.au)

Vijay is going to be using smaller WU's in 1-2 weeks.

It's your core_65. The new cores do the proteins in about 100 frames. The work is exactly the same but each frame will take 40x's longer to complete than they are taking with 4000 frames. It will seem like the P133's are just sitting there doing nothing when it may be taking them 1/2 hour or more per frame.
The new core's seem to use less disk space too. There were some other improvements with the newer versions of the main client as well, but I would not recommend deleting the old stuff completely until you know that the new stuff will work. If you do upgrade I would go with a complete upgrade, getting a whole new client.

That particular P133 is reliably completing work in time. My other one isn't. So I'll leave that one alone and maybe try the upgrade on the other.
