Location of radiator in case

I was curious, are there any differences as to where you put the rad in your case? Is there a reason why you would want to put it at a certain place instead of somewhere else?

I believe having the radiator on the exhaust is the most popular placement, as this keeps the warm air from the radiator from blowing back into the case.
