EVGA 7800GT OC fan problem

I have a evga 7800gt oc and the fan on is stuck on 100%. I tried rivatuner to move it down to 25% fan speed but no avail :bang head

also tried modding the bios for fanspeed but no go.

uninstall the drivers then use driver cleaner and then reinstall the drivers and see if that helps

WOW THIS WORKED!!!, i remember trying to reinstall windows but fan still at full speed. thank you guys for the reply.

There's also a bios hack for fan speed I think in case anyone is interested.
