As for prices here what I gotten so far:

Thermalright SK6 w/40.1 CFM YS Tech Fan = $39.50 w/o tax & shipping.

I have too many hsf already but I still bought two Alphas they are a steal at 32.99 so buy that one and it is very quiet too!

I'd have to say the Alpha would be a better choice.... I equipped mine with a Delta 68 CFM and a rheostat speed control and I have to say it pleases me....

But I think the Glaciator II is still quieter if you don't have a rheostat for it. So if you want less sound go for that one, better performance go for the Alpha.

I ordered a Alpha 8045 yesterday. I can't wait to get my hands on it! :D My problem is that I only have a 35 CFM fan for it. Do you guy's think that will be enough for it?

plenty if you case has good air flow. some guys tested it with a 26cfm panaflo and it still cooled well. not great but very well for no noise at all. you might even hear your harddrive again!

I agree totally with Jason and get the Glaciator 2 as it is exceptionally quiet and imho the best heatsink that I have ever used respective to sound and performance, the Glaciator 2 has an exceptional build quality and comes with a well designed clip that makes fittingand removing a breeze. The small packet of artic silver which comes with it makes this a quality and well thought out product that is well worth the money.. you will not be disapointed.

Nice temp's Jason. Is that under load?

actually the load is bout 43c MAx, that was just after a few hours of Counter Strike, but IF and when i turn on my 120mm 103cfm Sanyo Denki Intake fan then the load temps ARE 39c, ill post pics later just for fun (if i remember). But man that thing sux in so much dust, cuase i have not filter, that i barely ever use it, and i hit my finger with it, and about lost it. Other than that it is a GREAT fan, 39.5 bd at 103 cfm, i dont belive it but still that is what it said

Dont bother with either of those sinks. Go straight for the THERMALRIGHT SK-6, its dropped my chip temp by 15 oC.

900 Mhz T-Bird (Over clocked to 1066 Mhz)
Abit KT7A
384Mb Hypertec PC133 ram
GeForce2 Pro64 (Overclocked to 228Mhz core 461Mhz Memory)
20Gb IBM Hard drive.
Cooling:- SK-6 sink with a 60mm Delta fan (It`s VERY LOUD!!), 2x 120mm fans (1 in the front & 1 in the top), 1 60mm YS-TECH in the back and a system exhauster sat under the graphics card.
