Problem with XP

When I try to Open Eudora 4.3 it locks up completely. IS there any way i can look at the registry or anywhere else to see what the hold up is?

Just did a search for Eudora. Found the site and looked for any issues that they knew of w/ win xp. They are still testing for bugs. You can e-mail them at eudora-bugs@qualcomm.com and let them know what sort of problems you are having. Also, they have a newer version of what your using. 5.1 I think it was. The os's that it is compatible w/ are 95, 98, 2000 or NT 4.0. Win XP was not listed. They are probably working on a compatable version. Send them an e-mail or try the newer version. Good luck!

Try checking the site for any new patches or anything.. Can you use another mail manager rather than Euroda.. If you have Office installed there is Outlook :0

Download the lastest version see if there are still problems.. But I may think you might have to switch over to another program if it doesn't have a patch yet ..
