after fixboot fixmbr on xp, drive only shows 33 gig

It's a hitachi 250 gig sata drive that is new.
I was trying to copy my dual boot drive to the new drive.
I was in repair mode on xp and boom when I reboot the drive
only shows 33 gig in size, no longer 250.

Do I need to rma it?:eek:

You probably just need to re-partition it and format it.

xp disk management.
Also Western Digital data lifeguard disk shows same thing.
Even when I delete the partitions, it still doesn't show the rest of the disk.

I've already got an rma number.
