It seems Ninty has decided to kill off (with a slow.... painful..... er... death??? err Ed - can machines feel pain. Ed - I don't know unless your the Terminator or Robocop). Errr anyways the Game Boy will be stopped in production and no more games to be developed for it. Good idea really the DS is the new Game Boy just with a new name.

So my advice for the retro gamer buy 1 get the best games you liked and buy plenty of spare battery packs for the near future. Cause Wii don't want the Game Boy gaming to stop now do we.

NO! That thing was a failure. Advance SP was the last high selling game boy. DS is not a game boy it would seem.

I found a SP [mint condition too], bought a charger off of ebay for like $6. It's all about Poke'Mon Ruby, and Boktai for me.

The DS is an entirely new product. The only connection that it has with the GB line is that it's backwards compatible wiuth GBA games.
