Please help me kill sticky keys

Is there anyway to disable sticky keys perminetly

i have absolutly no need for it and no matter how many times i turn it off it keeps coming back

is there a way to just uninstall it

If you go to Conrtol Panel, and then Accessability Options on the keyboard tab there is an option to turn off the key combination that activates Sticky Keys. Uncheck the box so that you don't use that combination and see if that helps.

Start | Run | Type regedit, and click OK | Expand the following branch...

HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Control Panel | Accessibility | StickyKeys

Check to make sure the Flags String name is set to a Value data of 506. If the Value data needs to be modified, right click the Flags String name --> Modify | In the Edit String dialog that opens, make sure 506 is in the Value data field.
