It's not the best but it's ok. What are your other choices? I've been using it for a few months now & it's been keeping my temps at acceptable levels. If you can find some of the HSFs in this article (http://www.overclockers.com/articles373/) that can outperform it then by all means get something else.

Dragon Orb 3 SUCKS!!!

On my AMD Athlon 1.4, it was no better than my Coolermaster and twenty times as loud. Don't waste your money!!!
