I d/l'd the latest Opera browser at the weekend, and I am very impressed.

The menus and tools are all clear and easy to use, the information displayed while files are downloading is excellent, and above all, it's only 7.4Megs of a download in total!

I run IE6 as well, and it's a pain in the @$$ compared to Opera.

Opera also has better cookie control than IE6, and enabling/disabling Java/javascript is even easier.

Go on, give it a try. Don't let IE rule your life.........

Many thanks for the heads up on that one, Kingslayer!

Can you run IE6 and opera with no conflicks? If you can I'm going to d/l it tonight, I'm getting tired of IE.

I frequently run both Opera and IE6 at the same time, no problems

some pages just don't load right in anything but IE :(

I've been using it for a year too and I love it. Fast and has some nice features. I like the download resume feature. I only have to use IE when some pages dont load correctly but that is only once in a while. Also runs in Linux great too!
