Simple Video Editing (Picture-in-Picture)

I am looking for the simplest video editing software that can do picture-in-picture, and of course the basic features like cut/insert clips, etc...


Any suggestions?

P.S. Windows OC.

Windows Movie Maker? Not sure about the P-I-P, but it is a very good basic video editor.

Picture-in-Picture? Ulead Visual Studio can do that with overlays.

Basically, you have a video. Then you put another smaller video on top of it - an "overlay".
